HCPCS Level II (hik-piks) is a set of alpha-alpha or alphanumeric codes used by the federal government that describes non-physician services and supplies. It includes codes such as those for medications, injections, dental services, durable medical equipment (DME), vision and hearing services, transportation services, etc.
