We believe our price per line is cost efficient for the high service level we provide. There are of course some companies who may initially offer lower costs per line prices but these should be compared closely.

TURN AROUND TIME:

Turnaround time is critical to ensure compliance and workflow continuity. Our company provides the necessary resources required to meet your specific demands because YOU COME FIRST.

Your dictation is electronically prioritized and routed to our professional team of medical transcriptionists to be transcribed according to your turn around time requirement.

We provide 4, 6, 12, and 24 hours TAT and we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.

SERVICE:

We work for you 24/7/365, unlike in-house staff or house workers, which takes holidays and weekends off.

You do not have to worry about your transcriptionist not being available, having a sick day or going on vacation, we are here all the time for you. We work as you sleep.

We have invested heavily not only in transcription training, but also in IT structures for client support services and HIPAA compliance.

If a client have a question, or needs to make a change in the transcribed document, it can be done at any time.
