Our secured FTP site in the United States will assist our clients to upload audio files and download transcribed reports at ease. Our policy of active client-relation management and quick response mechanism will address queries, if any, required by our client immediately.

We transcribe to your exact requirements. We have proprietary software to assess each transcriptionist and have a short learning curve. Our three levels of proofreading backed by the CMT from Canada and two doctors, who continually update the knowledge of new drugs to the MTs, provide the best quality of transcription. We handle all medical specialties. Our learning curve is quick owing to our past experience. Currently we are working two shifts and soon plan to introduce three shifts making it 24/7 operation. We can assume sudden increase in volumes and the operation is managed by a CMT from Canada. We provide incentives to our MTs and motivate them to deliver accurate reports.

To address the confidentiality of patient information, and in accordance to HIPAA regulations, we are working with our clients to update our technology and install new software. Currently we are in the stage of gathering information and making physical changes to the office.
