MTPORTAL.COM is a NEW DELHI based transcription company, servicing multiple clients across United States since June 1999 (5 years). The scope of our clientile does not limit to transcription companies but also encompasses direct hospitals, small and big clinics.

- Capacity: Currently doing 35,000 LPD with a space capacity of another 5000 LPD.

- Team: Highly experienced MTs, editors, proofreaders and Quality Analysts on the team working on AAMT protocol for 2-7 years now with hands on experience in all specialties.

- Growth Needs: In-house training process to cater on further growth needs of the company.

- Infrastructure: State of the art infrastructure with all necessary data (Back-up server), connectivity (FIBER OPTIC LEASED LINE 128 KBPS, DSL 64 Kbps x 2, multiple dial-ups) and power (UPS with double generator) back-up for smooth operation.

- Mode: We can provide with a toll free digital dictation phone number.

- Delivery: Charts will be sent through FTP (MTPORTAL or client's) or through Website. Separate charges might apply for any charts that are reuired to be faxed.

- Turnaround: 8-12 hrs from time of dictation is uploaded to FTP.

- Support: MTPORTAL will provide 24 x 6 support with people available in these hours for resolving issues.

- Invoicing: Monthly invoices (unless you prefer a shorter period).

- Weekly line count: Mtportal can provide weekly line count to keep the invoicing transparent.

- Flag Log: Provide a flag log for easy identification of issues if any on specific charts.

- Naming conventions: Use Patient Name in the file names for easy electronic storage and retrieval.

- Trial Jobs: We can do a week's trial to prove the above.

- References: Commendable references can be produced as and when solicited.
