BVS Trans Tech is a transcription facility set up in August 2000 comprising of a highly motivated and qualified staff of 55 medical transcriptionists, quality analysts (trained from Heartland, with more than 3 � years experience) and editors committed to crafting the best medical transcription service available, delivered on time, every time.

The facility is headed by Mr. Rajat Singhania, who has been associated with the computer industry since 1984 and has the experience of more than a decade in the use of computer technology for various applications. Senior doctors who are part of the team as consultants assist him.

Reports are delivered within an error range of 0.5%-4% depending upon the needs of the client. Extensive skill testing, continuing education and skills assessments, and a rigorous quality assurance program on continual developments in medicine and technology, result in accurate interpretation of your dictation by our medical language specialists.

Exhaustive technical and medical references are constantly updated to make sure we produce documents of the highest quality that will meet the guidelines set by AAMT.

REPORTING

We track each piece of dictation from start to finish and can tell you exactly where your dictation is at any time - what you need to know when you need to know.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Our 100% on-site staff guarantees absolute security of data. All transcription files can be transmitted to your office or medical records department through secure FTP transfers or e-mail. Additionally our internal file process controls insure confidentiality.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY

We currently have a capacity to generate 18000 lines of quality and timely transcription per day, six days per week. We have already been in production for more than 19 months and are giving an accuracy of 99% plus to our current clients.
