This has two units covering over 10,000 Sq ft. they are located at Adyar and Anna Nagar in Chennai, India, it has three servers and over a hundred workstations connected through a network. It has dedicated multiple ISDN connectivity and a 512 Kbps Optic Fiber DSL Cable Connection for quick downloading and uploading. Software for file transfer / monitoring / administration is in place. It also does web - based transcription for a client. The Units are registered with the Software Technology Park - Chennai and The Joint Director General of Foreign Trade It has a valid Import / Export Code and has an Export / Import License from the Customs Department.

The Medical Transcription personnel have been trained by qualified full time doctors and have handled all types of files and are consistently giving accuracy levels of 98 % and above. One General Manager, One Quality Control Manager, Six Editors and Eight Sub- Editors are supervising the production and quality aspects.

The Unit is currently working with four leading transcription companies in USA these are at Nashville - Tennessee, Las Vegas - Nevada, Austin - Texas, and Van Nuys - California. Regular production is going on and all clients are extremely satisfied with the level of service provided.

Since the personnel have gone through a stringent selection and training program they are quickly able to adapt to any accent / specialty report. A full-fledged library with every possible material required for reference in the form of CDs and Books are available.

The Training wing of this division has perfected a curriculum and course material, which has been accepted by Madras University for their Diploma in Medical Transcription course, the contact classes for which are conducted by Shriram CyberTech Systems P Ltd
