Work Environment :

Files are uploaded and downloaded using Dropchute secure encryption and digital certificate recognition, or through secure FTP sites. We also maintain space on a High Tech server in North America, that is connected to a T 3 line.This enables our clients to access information much faster. Reliability is also a key factor. Access to the data is authenticated by access codes and passwords. Our transcriptionists work in a secure environment under password protections. At the supplier level, no one except the Systems Administrator of each shift has access to wave files or documents. The rights given to an MT or Editor to the network are that of a user only and they cannot make any soft copy of wave files or documents nor can they take hard copies. After the reports are completed, they are re-encrypted, returned to our server, and uploaded. We also work on several ASP models of various clients online.Our internal file tracking software is very versatile and allows for creating templates, headers, footers, and allocation of work account wise or doctor wise, etc., has online help with regard to work requirements, online history, formats, samples, doctors' lists, etc., and allows for comparison of files. All dictionaries and drug lists are also available online. We also allow for web browsing to ascertain new drug names.All employees and subcontractors are required to sign a Non Disclosure/Confidentiality Agreement.
