We subcontract transcriptions to many firms across India. Our Quality Control hub in Hyderabad screens and edits finished transcripts from our vendor-partners to meet the highest standards in the US. You will be responsible for quality assurance as well as problem resolution. Quality metrics to be measured for analytical and reporting purposes. |
