We work with MTs at various levels such as MT, MT Plus, QA only, etc. Basic Profile is as below:
� MT: At least 2 years of experience and can transcribe with 90% accuracy
� MT Plus: At least 3 years of experience and can transcribe and upload with 98% of accuracy for at least 3 specialties.
� QA: 3-4 years of experience and edit/proof read 3-5 specialties with 98% accuracy. |

| Job Requirements |
1. MT lines have a minimum of 90% accuracy level and need to be verified by QA.
2. MT Plus lines can be sent direct and have 98% accuracy � also known as transcribe and upload.
3. QA lines are are MT lines that needs a second step of QA to become 98% + accurate.
4. Monthly Target will be adjusted based on working days in the month. |
