6 Months Formal Training - 6 Months production. Interprets & transcribes dictation of all Medical Record Types: HP/OP/DS/CON/Clinic notes/office notes Etc. Accurately transcribe the Basic Four - H&P;, Cons, DS, including Operative Reports - as well as other hospital dictation from time to time at a minimum of 350-400/lines/day or 10,000 min lines per pay period for Level I qualification. |
